Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms govern the provision of services on the website bbbe.online (the "Site"). The provider is sole proprietor ФОП Бесарабов Олександр Валерійович (the "Provider"), contact: mail@bbbe.online.
By submitting a request or making a payment, you (the "Client") confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.
2. Description of services
The Provider offers online coaching services in eating behavior and weight management:
- Consultation — 1 week, 2 personal sessions. Price — €50.
- Standard — 4 personal sessions per month. Price — €100/month.
- Premium — 8 personal sessions per month. Price — €200/month.
- VIP — continuous support. Price — €300/month.
- "Reset. Start" program — 4-week group program. Price — €50.
- Text courses — digital self-study materials. The price of each course is shown on the courses page.
The services are informational, advisory, and educational in nature and do not constitute medical services.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in euros (EUR). Payment is made by Visa and Mastercard bank cards via a secure payment service. A service is considered ordered once payment is received.
4. How services are delivered
All services are delivered online via the Telegram messenger at a time agreed with the Client. After payment, the Provider contacts the Client to begin work.
Text courses. Access is granted automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed: the link appears on the page after payment and is also sent to the email address given at checkout. Buying a course is a one-off purchase: access is issued once, does not expire, and is personal to the buyer. Sharing the link with third parties, publishing or distributing the course materials is not permitted.
5. Refunds
A refund is processed under the rules of the international card schemes as an operation tied to the original payment. Funds are refunded if: the service has not yet been provided and you cancelled the order; a payment was made twice by mistake; the charged amount exceeded the cost of the service; the Provider was unable to deliver the service.
The services are individual advisory and informational: once a consultation or the work has started or been provided, the amount paid is non-refundable.
A refund is issued only to the card used for the original payment (a card-scheme requirement). Funds usually arrive within a few minutes; in some cases up to one banking day (depending on the cardholder's issuing bank).
To request a refund, write to mail@bbbe.online or on Telegram. State the date, amount, name, and reason. After review, the Provider will initiate the refund within the established time frame.
Text courses are non-refundable. A course is digital content, and the service is deemed provided at the moment access to the materials is granted. Because the information has already been received once access is open and cannot be returned, the amount paid is not refundable. The exception is a technical error — a double charge, or access not being delivered through the Provider's fault; in that case the funds are refunded in full.
6. Territorial restrictions
The Provider does not sell goods or provide services to residents of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus. By submitting a request, the Client confirms they are not a resident of those countries.
7. Liability
The services do not replace a doctor's consultation. The Provider does not guarantee any specific weight-loss result — the outcome depends on the Client's individual characteristics and adherence to recommendations. The Client is responsible for their own health and must consult a doctor if they have any medical conditions.
