My weight swung between 100 and 140 kilograms. For twenty years I tried to lose it — diets, sport, calorie counting. And every time I hit the same wall you know too well: the weight came back.

I lost 50 kilograms three times — the first time back in 2006. Several times I dropped 20–30 kg, and countless times 10 kg. Every attempt felt like the last one. Every time I was wrong.

Until I understood the main thing: the problem isn't the diet or willpower. It's in the head — in eating behavior. I went deep into the subject and completed professional training in eating disorders. I rebuilt my approach completely — and the weight stopped coming back. For two years now I simply haven't thought about it.

Is this only for men?
No. I'm a man who walked the path from 140 kg myself, so I know the male side of this from the inside — but I work with women too. The program is built individually in any case, accounting for gender, age, and lifestyle.
How are you different from a dietitian?
A dietitian hands you a menu. I work with the cause — eating behavior. I'm a certified eating-disorders specialist, and I spent 20 years as a "perpetual dieter" myself: slip-ups, regained weight, "starting Monday" — I know it all from the inside. My job is to find the cause of your weight and rebuild habits so the result stays.
What are your qualifications?
I completed professional training in eating disorders — the certificate is in the "My story" section. Plus the main "diploma": my own path from 140 kg and two years of keeping the result.
I live in Europe but not in Ukraine. Does this work for me?
Yes. Everything happens online via Telegram, from any country. We work in Russian or Ukrainian.
How does coaching on Telegram work?
We talk or message at agreed times. You share data about your eating and rhythm — I give individual recommendations and adjust as we go.
Will the weight really not come back?
Nobody can guarantee weight — don't trust anyone who promises. Honestly: I lost 50 kg three times, and it kept coming back while I worked with "diets". When I rebuilt the approach itself — the weight hasn't returned for two years now. That approach is what I teach.
How is Premium different from Standard?
Twice as many personal sessions (8 vs 4) and continuous nutrition adjustment instead of occasional. A fit for those who want denser support.
Can I pay one time, without a subscription?
Yes. The Consultation (€50) is a one-week format with two sessions. A great way to get to know each other before choosing a plan.
What if I slip up?
A slip is part of the process — I've been through dozens myself. We unpack it without guilt, find the cause, and keep going. On the VIP plan I respond to slips immediately.
Do you give a standard 1500-calorie meal plan?
No. There are no generic meal plans in my work — only recommendations grounded in your preferences and lifestyle.
